Welcome to Snap2Format. By accessing or using our website and services at snap2format.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Snap2Format provides a free, web-based image format conversion tool. Users can upload image files in supported formats and download converted versions in their desired output format. The Service also includes batch conversion (up to 20 files), quality selection, and ZIP download capabilities.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service at a rate that could harm our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to process images that violate applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and copyright of all images you upload and download through the Service. Snap2Format does not claim any ownership rights to your content. We do not view, use, or distribute your images for any purpose other than the conversion you have requested.

The Snap2Format name, logo, design, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. File Handling

All uploaded files are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of conversion and are automatically deleted within 2 hours. We do not backup, archive, or retain copies of your files beyond this period. You are responsible for downloading your converted files before they are deleted.

6. Limitations

• Maximum file size: 100MB per file
• Maximum batch size: 20 files per batch conversion
• File retention: 2 hours maximum
• Supported formats: As listed on our formats page

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAP2FORMAT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap2Format and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
